The three letters OAT is the logo of the internationally renowned group of companies OAT. The name comes from the initial letters of the founder's name of family-owned company OAT GmbH. OAT GmbH was founded in Germany in 1977 by Otto Alte-Teigeler. Over the years he created independently or together with other companies (including Strabag SE) several foreign subsidiaries, based on his knowledge and experience (more in the OAT Chronicle). The existing know-how of the OAT group is formed primarily to highly qualified services in the field of traffic areas, including construction, maintenance and sanitation of roads, highways and airports.

OAT Sp z o.o. is the Polish subsidiary, founded in Warsaw in 1993. The company specializes in separating cuts and joint sealing in concrete ceilings in the area roads and airports. Moreover, it realized several services in the area of maintenance and sanitation of concrete and asphalt roadways, including crack restoration, micro-surfacing, but also industrial floors. |

In addition to the company's head office, which is now located in its own buildings in Bietigheim (Baden), in Germany there are branches in Lower Saxony (Hambühren), Thuringia (Neustadt / Orla), Bavaria (Oberpframmern), Mecklenburg (Kuchelmiß) and in North Rhine-Westphalia (Neuss).
